Circular

1 A communication has been received from the International Seabed Authority concerning a decision by its Council at the seventeenth session (July 2011) relating to an environmental management plan for the Clarion-Clipperton Zone of the Central Pacific Ocean.

2 At the request of the International Seabed Authority, the above-mentioned decision annexed hereto is circulated to Member States for their information and action as appropriate.
