Appendix 6 - Database of Chemicals Most Commonly Associated with Treated Ballast Water

 For the 41 chemicals presented below, the GESAMP-BWWG holds sufficient information from the literature on physico-chemical, ecotoxicological and toxicological properties and no additional supporting information needs to be submitted by applicants. It is recommended that applicants make use of the latest version of the Database, as published by the MEPC when preparing their application dossiers.

The latest version of the GESAMP-BWWG Database is provided as a GISIS module (https://gisis.imo.org/).
