Regulation 9 - Form of certificates and record of equipment

 The certificates and record of equipment shall be drawn up in the form corresponding to the model given in the appendix. If the language used is neither English nor French, the text shall include a translation into one of these languages unless the Administration deems it to be unnecessary, taking into account the area of operation of the vessel.
