Circular

 A communication has been received from the Administration of the Republic of Korea concerning the application of relevant provisions under regulations 20 and 21 of MARPOL Annex I.

 In accordance with the provisions of regulations 20.8 and 21.8 of MARPOL Annex I, the communication annexed hereto, is circulated to Parties to the Convention for their information and appropriate action, if any.
