3 Certification:

 The vessels will be required to hold certificates as follows:

  • IOPP Certificate with Supplement Form B identifying the ship as an oil product carrier and endorsed with a reference to this notification of equivalence as well as all relevant limitations.
  • IMO Gas Carrier Code Certificate of fitness in accordance with the age of the vessel.
  • SOLAS 74 Safety Construction and Safety Equipment Certificates with supplements identifying the ship as a 'Tanker engaged in the trade of carrying oil other than crude oil'.
