(A) ONE WEB FRAME RING — in a ballast wing tank, if any, or a cargo wing tank used primarily for water ballast. (D) — ONE TRANSVERSE BULKHEAD — in a centre tank. (C) BOTH TRANSVERSE BULKHEADS IN A WING ballast tank, if any or a cargo wing tank used primarily for water ballast. (E) A minimum of 30% of deck and bottom transverses including adjacent structural members in each cargo centre tank (see Note 1)  
  (D) ONE TRANSVERSE BULKHEAD in each remaining ballast tank (F) As considered necessary by the administration.

Note 1: The 30% should be rounded up to the next whole integer.
