11.6 Fire-fighter's outfits

  11.6.1 Every ship carrying flammable products should carry fire-fighter's outfits complying with the requirements of SOLAS regulation II-2/10.10 as follows:

  11.6.2 Additional requirements for safety equipment are given in chapter 14.

  11.6.3 Any breathing apparatus required as part of a fireman's outfit should be a self-contained air-breathing apparatus having a capacity of at least 1,200l of free air.
