Favourites

Add

To add a topic page to your list of favourite pages:

1. Select the topic that you want to add to your Favourites list, so that it is displayed in the right hand display pane.

2. Click the Favourites button

3. Click Add (found at the bottom left hand side of the page). Note that if you are adding a favourite for the first time, the Remove and Display boxes will be greyed out. See Figure 7.

4. This favourite will now appear in the list. See Figure 8.

Note:

  • To open one of your favourite pages, on the Favourites menu, click on the topic you want to open.
  • To rename favourites, select the favourite you want to rename, right click the mouse, and choose Rename from the menu. Rename the document as you wish.

Remove

To remove a topic page from your list of favourite pages:

1. Select the topic that you want to delete in your Favourites list.

2. Click the Remove button.

Display

To display a topic page from your list of favourite pages:

1. Select the topic that you want to display, from within your Favourites list.

2. Click the Display button. Your topic page will be displayed in the right hand viewing pane.
