Circular

 A communication has been received from the Administration of the Bahamas concerning Statements of Compliance issued to ships complying with CAS.

 In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 14.2 of CAS, the aforementioned communication, annexed hereto, is circulated to Parties to MARPOL 73/78.
