4.6 Safety belts

  4.6.1 One-hand-release safety belts of three-point type or with shoulder harness shall be provided for all seats from which the craft may be operated for all craft with the gcoll acceleration from the collision design acceleration exceeding 3, as prescribed in 4.3.4.

  4.6.2 Safety belts shall be provided on passenger seats and crew seats, if necessary, to obtain the protective performance measures described in annex 10.
