Circular

  1 A Communication has been received from the Administration of the Republic of Cyprus concerning the application of the provisions under MARPOL Annex II.

  2 In accordance with the provisions of regulation 4.1.2 of MARPOL Annex II, the above-mentioned communication, relating to exemption certificates granted for the carriage of vegetable oils identified with footnote (k) in chapter 17 of the IBC Code as specified in regulation 4.1.3 of MARPOL Annex II, is attached at annex and circulated to Parties of the Convention and Member States for their information and appropriate action, if any.
