  .1 The replacement release and retrieval system meets the relevant requirements of the LSA Code, chapter IV, section 4.4.7.6.  
  .2 The replacement release and retrieval system construction and the equipment of the above-mentioned ship was found to comply with the provisions of SOLAS regulation III/4 when tested in accordance with the following paragraphs of the Revised recommendation on testing of life-saving appliances (resolution MSC.81(70)), part 2
