Regulation 12 - Bow height

 The bow height shall be sufficient, to the satisfaction of the Administration, to prevent the excessive shipping of water and shall be determined taking account of the seasonal weather conditions, the sea states in which the vessel will operate, the type of vessel and its mode of operation.footnote
