Circular

 A communication has been received from the Administration of Norway on equivalent arrangements accepted under paragraph 1.4 of the IBC Code.

 In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 1.4.2 of the IBC Code, the communication, annexed hereto, is circulated herewith to Contracting Governments to SOLAS and Parties to MARPOL for information and appropriate action, if any.
