Circular

  1 A communication has been received from the Administration of Estonia concerning the application of the provisions under MARPOL Annex II.

  2 In accordance with the provisions of regulation 6.3 of MARPOL Annex II, the above-mentioned communication, attached at annex, is circulated to Parties of the Convention and Member States for their information and appropriate action, if any.
