21B.3 Headroom

  21B.3.1 There should be adequate headroom in all seafarer accommodation. The minimum permitted headroom in all seafarer accommodation where full and free movement is necessary should be not less than 203 centimetres. Some limited reduction in headroom in any space, or part of any space, in such accommodation may be permitted, provided this is reasonable and does not result in discomfort to the seafarer and is agreed with the Administration.
