 In connection with an earlier communication received from the Administration of Barbados concerning exemptions granted under regulation 2(4) of Annex I of MARPOL 73/78, circulated by MEPC/Circ.403, the attached statement by this Administration has been received and is circulated to the Parties to the Convention for their information and appropriate action, if any.
