Circular

  1 The Maritime Safety Committee, at its seventy-ninth session (1 to 10 December 2004), approved an amendment to the Interim Guidelines for Wing-in-ground (WIG) Craft (MSC/Circ.1054) regarding the date of completion of the survey on which the Wing-in-ground Craft Safety Certificate is based, the text of which is set out in the annex.

  2 Member Governments are invited to bring the annexed amendment to the attention of all parties concerned and to apply them when issuing Wing-in-ground Craft Safety Certificates.
