Notes on completion of certificate:
|
1. Alternatively, the particulars of the ship may be placed
horizontally in boxes.
|
2. In accordance with IMO ship identification number scheme,
adopted by the Organization by resolution A.1078(28)
|
3. Any entry shall be related to all relevant recommendations, e.g.
an entry "type 2G" shall mean type 2G in all respects prescribed by
the Code.
|
4. The ambient temperature required for the purposes of 4.19.1.1 is
to be inserted.
|
5. The stress factors and materials acceptable under 4.22.3.1 and
4.23.3.1 of the Code are to be inserted.
|
6. All relief valve settings assigned in accordance with 4.13.2 are
to be inserted.

7. Temperatures accepted by the Administration or recognized
organization acting on its behalf for the purposes of 4.18.1.3 are

8. Only products listed in chapter 19 of the Code or products that
have been evaluated by the Administration in accordance with

proportions within the limitations of tank design, shall be listed.
In respect of the latter "new products", any special requirements
provisionally agreed under the tripartite agreement shall be
indicated in an addendum to the certificate.
