The expression at the end of this paragraph "when particular
weight is given to additional factors in the hazard profile or to
special characteristics of the substance", implies either that:

.1 substances are bioaccumulated and liable to
produce tainting of seafood (as expressed by a hazard rating T in
column A); or

.2 substances are bioaccumulated with attendant
risk to aquatic organisms or human health, however, with short retention
of the order of one week or less (as expressed by a hazard rating
Z in column A) and are highly objectionable with regard to the reduction
of amenities (as expressed by a hazard rating XXX in column E).
