Annex - Model Agreement - Agreement Governing the Delegation of Statutory Certification Services for Vessels Registered in [State] between [Administration] and [Recognized Organization]

 This Agreement pursuant to the [legal authority] and in compliance with the “Guidelines for the authorization of organizations acting on behalf of the Administration", Assembly resolution A.739(18) and the Annexes thereto, is between Recognised Organization hereinafter referred to as “RO" and [State] hereinafter referred to as “the Administration" with respect to the performance of marine statutory surveys and issuances of relevant certificates.
