(18) Superstructure deck

 is that complete or partial deck forming the top of a superstructure, deckhouse or other erection situated at a height of not less than 1.8 m above the working deck. Where this height is less than 1.8 m, the top of such deckhouses or other erections shall be treated in the same way as the working deck.
