Circular

 A communication has been received from the Administration of St. Vincent and the Grenadines on an equivalent arrangement accepted under regulation 5.1 of MARPOL Annex I.

 In accordance with the requirements of regulation 5.2 of the same Annex, the communication, annexed hereto, is circulated herewith to Parties to MARPOL for information and appropriate action, if any.
