11.1 Each portable fire extinguisher on a vessel
shall be of an approved type. The minimum number of portable fire
extinguishers required on a vessel shall be acceptable to the Administration,
and shall be not less than the minimum number required by
Table V.11
and other provisions
of this regulation.
