Circular

 Communications have been received from the Administrations of Hong Kong, China; the Republic of Azerbaijan; Brazil and Malta concerning Statements of Compliance issued and withdrawn.

 In accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 14.1 and 14.2 of CAS, details of the aforementioned communications have been uploaded to the IMO CAS database and a summary of those is annexed hereto for circulation to Parties to MARPOL.
