Circular

1 A communication has been received from the Administration of the Republic of Korea concerning the application of provisions under MARPOL Annex I.

2 In accordance with the provisions of regulation 5.2 of MARPOL Annex I, the above-mentioned communication, attached at annex, is circulated to Parties to the MARPOL Convention and Member States for their information and appropriate action, if any.
