Circular

 A communication has been received from the Administration of the Marshall Islands concerning exemption granted under regulation 5A(7) of Annex II of MARPOL 73/78.

 In accordance with regulation 5A(7)(e) of Annex II of MARPOL 73/78, the above-mentioned communication is circulated to the Parties to the Convention for their information and appropriate action, if any.
