Circular

 A communication has been received from the Administration of the Republic of Uruguay concerning the application of relevant provisions under regulation 20 of MARPOL Annex I.

 In accordance with the provisions of regulation 20.8.1 of MARPOL Annex I, the communication annexed hereto is circulated to Parties to the Convention for their information and appropriate action, if any.
