Circular

 A communication has been received from the Administration of the United Kingdom concerning the application of relevant provisions under regulations 13G(5) and (7) and 13H(5), (6) and (7) of MARPOL Annex I by the Maritime Authority of the Cayman Islands.

 In accordance with the provisions of regulations 13G(8)(a) and 13H(8)(a) of MARPOL Annex I, the above-mentioned communication, annexed hereto, is circulated to Parties to the Convention for their information and appropriate action, if any.
