High-Speed Craft Safety Certificate
A certificate called a High-Speed Craft Safety Certificate shall be issued after completion of an initial or renewal survey to a craft which complies with the requirements of the 1994 HSC Code or the 2000 HSC Code, as appropriate. Permit to Operate High-Speed Craft
