High-Speed Craft Safety Certificate
A certificate called a High-Speed Craft Safety Certificate shall be issued after completion of an initial or renewal survey to a craft which complies with the requirements of the 1994 HSC Code or the 2000 HSC Code, as appropriate. Permit to Operate High-Speed Craft
A certificate called a Permit to Operate High-Speed Craft should be issued to a craft which complies with the requirements set out in paragraphs 1.2.2 to 1.2.7 of the 1994 HSC Code or the 2000 HSC Code, as appropriate. 1994 HSC Code, section 1.9; 2000 HSC Code, section 1.9
