21A.12 Mess Rooms

  21A.12.1 Mess rooms should be of adequate size and comfort and properly furnished and equipped (including ongoing facilities for refreshment), taking account of the number of seafarers likely to use them at any one time. It may be that the mess will be a shared facility for seafarers and passengers; this should be subject to agreement by the Administration.
