8.1 Ship Emergency Response Service – SERS

8.1.1 This service, offered by LR, provides a rapid computer assisted analysis of a damaged ship's stability and damaged longitudinal strength in the event of a casualty to the ship.

8.1.2 Where an Owner adopts this service, the notation SERS, ‘Ship is registered with LR’s Ship Emergency Response Service’, will be entered in the Register Book.
