7. A filling limit greater than 98% may be permitted under the trim and list conditions specified in 8.2.17, provided that:

A) the cargo tank is a type A tank B) the tank is fitted with two independent PRVs C) no isolated vapour pockets are created within the cargo tank D) the filling limit does not exceed 99.9%
