4. Where there is permanent access from a pipe tunnel to the main pump-room, the watertight door fitted shall, in addition to bridge operation:

A) Be fitted with an audible alarm on the bridge only B) Be capable of being opened only by the responsible officer C) Be capable of being manually closed from outside the main pump-room entrance and kept closed during normal operations D) Be provided with a gastight seal and locked open
